  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification (tracking details will be provided when available).


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

VELOCITY-VIBE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information. Reshipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us.


5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or tampered:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and order details must be provided.

Claims made after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be accepted.

6. Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner.

Once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, VELOCITY-VIBE is not liable for courier-related delays or losses, but we will provide reasonable assistance in resolving issues.


7. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
