Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through VelocityVibe. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

VelocityVibe enforces a strict 7-day return policy. You must submit a return request within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return requests submitted after 7 days will be automatically denied. No exceptions will be made.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must be in the exact condition in which it was received.

  • All original tags must be attached and intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

VelocityVibe reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets eligibility standards. Any item that does not comply with these requirements will be rejected and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


3. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

Your request must include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shopvelocityvibe@gmail.com.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied. Photographic evidence may be required to process the claim.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items (including beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

These exclusions are strictly enforced.


6. Exchanges

VelocityVibe does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different item, you must:

  1. Submit a return request (if eligible).

  2. Wait for return approval.

  3. Place a new order separately.

Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.


7. European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

However, returned items must still meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy (unused, original condition, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase).


8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing will occur within 10 business days.

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

VelocityVibe is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or payment providers.

9. Right to Refuse

VelocityVibe reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or claim that does not comply with this policy. We also reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
